I’m Stefan Rollnick, a UK-based misinformation and communications strategist.
My job is to help people communicate complicated and important messages in a way that leaves people more well-informed and less divided. Easier said than done in 2023.
Deeper Truths is a subscription email where I’ll try to help you understand how the forces of misinformation, disinformation, conspiracy theories and culture wars are shaping the world around us. Most importantly, I’ll also offer some suggestions on what we can all do to fight back.
Spoiler alert: fighting lies with facts isn’t enough. Sometimes the best response to a lie isn’t a fact, it’s a Deeper Truth.
